Harborline Activation deploys a Harborline-led on-site team for the defined pre-opening period. A Harborline Activation Lead owns the engagement, coordinates the team, verifies completion, and manages the handoff — under one contract with you.
The team receives and stages your materials, completes the approved non-trade setup, confirms inventory, and hands the location over with a documented walkthrough. Licensed trade and design work remain outside the Activation scope and under direct contract with the appropriate licensed parties.
Activation scales with the opening pipeline, so operators get experienced pre-opening capacity without maintaining a permanent traveling setup team between growth cycles.
